Exhaust ventilation system can be used in various commercial premises like offices, residental houses, restaurants, hospitals, etc. Suitable for roof mounting and compatible with air duct diameters from 200 up to 500 mm. Suitable for all kinds of roof types as well as for vertical ventilation shafts.
The fan casing is made of steel with a polymeric black coating.
The fans are equipped by 2-, 4- or 6-pole single or three phase (400V) asynchronous external rotor motor and impeller with backward curved blades installed on the motor shaft. The motor is equipped with thermal overheating protection with automatic restart as well as ball bearings for long life service. For precise features, safe operations and low noise, each turbine is dynamically balanced during assembly. Motor protection rating is IP 44.
Both smooth or step speed control is performed by means of a thyristor or autotransformer controller. Several fans can be connected to one controller assuming the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated controller values.
The fan is mounted on the roof directly above the ventilating duct or shaft and is firmly fixed to a flat surface by using a connecting plate. When mounting the fan on a flat roof, it is necessary to use a supporting block to prevent water from entering the ventilation shaft. Electrical connection and installation should be performed in compliance with the manual.
