FCGF - Vibrationsdämpfer

Das flexible Rohrverbindungsstück Dalap FCGF besteht aus verzinktem Stahl und verstärktem Nylon. Es dient zur Verbindung von Metall Rohrleitungen mit Anschlüssen, bei denen Vibrationen oder Geräusche z.B. von Ventilatoren absorbiert werden sollen.

APPLICATION

Flexible connectors are designed to prevent vibration transmission from fans or ventilating units to air ducts as well as for thermal distortion compensation within the air duct. They are applied in ventilation systems with a transferred air temperature ranging from -40°C to + 80°C. They are compatible with round air ducts having diameters from 200 to 450 mm.

DESIGN

Flexible connectors comprise of two flanges made of galvanized sheet steel interconnected by vibration-isolating material made of polyethylene tape reinforced with polyamide fibres. The connectors are not designed for mechanical load and cannot be used as part of a load-bearing construction. Mounting of a flexible connector into the ventilation system is effected by means of end flanges fixed to the mating flanges in the ventilation system. Fixing is performed by means of galvanized bolts and brackets.
